A monthly event hosted in the Los Angeles area where Micro-dosing meets somatic movement. With a refreshed format for 2026 over the next seven months we’ll journey through the seven chakras - beginining with the Root Chakra.

Together, we’ll drop into deeper meditation, regulating energies associated with instinct, survival and safety through intentionally choreographed movement.

The evening will commence with sacred mushroom micro-dose medicine, inviting us into deeper embodiment through Root Chakra focused somatic movement, soften into deeper meditation with a sound bath and gather over a nourishing gourmet soup with space for community and integration.
